Mercedes. He was armed with a gun and two knives. Take a look at video from a couple of hours ago. Just after 2 pm today a swat team fired smoke devices at the mercedes in martinez. A short while later the suspect a 38yearold came out of the car with his hands up and was taken into custody. Police say they decided to wait until they safely disarmed him of a gun and two nights before moving in. The negotiations went on around 19 hours with him.
