The Gators, a team comprised of players attending St. Paul s School for Girls in Brooklandville, Md., won the ILWomen Indoor National Championships high school division Sunday night at The St. James in Springfield, Va., punctuating an excellent day put on by Robinson Sports.
The Gators topped Phantoms, a team comprised of players attending Bayport-Blue Point High School in Bayport, N.Y., 16-15. Phantoms led 8-7 at half and opened up a 10-7 lead early in the second, but Gators have battled back and a Madison Beale (Duke) free position put her team up for good, 14-13, with about 7:00 to play. ....
