A Cole County jury found a Jefferson City man guilty of endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest this week in connection with a 2019 case. He also was found not guilty of a kidnapping charge.
At the request of Cole County Prosecuting Attorney Locke Thompson, Cole County officials are considering establishment of a law enforcement restitution fund.
