According to the Met Department, the national capital will see a rise in the minimum temperature in the days to come due to a change in the wind direction. Easterly winds are blowing in Delhi that is not as cold as northwesterly winds coming in from the snow-clad western Himalayas, an official said, adding that the minimum temperature in the city could increase to about 8 degrees Celsius, from existing 5.7 degrees Celsius. ....
