Photo by istock.com April 9, 2021 Cody Sauers was primed to launch his food truck last spring in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and then immediately faced the daunting COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of postponing, however, he launched his Fat Kid Fillys food truck and found success in providing curbside to-go service, according to a Kelo report. I was always a foodie, I grew up in the restaurant business, my grandparents owned the Nickel Plate Café here in town, so we ve always been in the food business, Sauers told the news outlet. He was so successful he launched a second truck and both are fully booked for the summer season. His trucks serve a wide range of communities, according to the Kelo report. ....
