Feb 3, 2021 LISBON Tyler P. Faulkiner, 19, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to 120 days in the county jail for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business. Faulkiner fled from the highway patrol and Minerva police at speeds more than 100 mph until his vehicle wrecked about six miles from the intersection of Gavers Road and state Route 518. Faulkiner then fled on foot until he was taken into custody after stopped in the field by K-9 Hunter of the county sheriff’s office. His license has been suspended for five years. ....
Dec 22, 2020 LISBON In county Municipal Court. Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; escape, a second-degree felony; and two counts of resisting arrest. A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 3 for Mobley, who is also facing prior charges from August of aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, criminal trespassing and domestic violence. Cody A. Lawson, 24, Youngstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a grand theft charge, a fourth-degree felony. Lawson is alleged to have stolen a vehicle from Dylan Mayfield, who had left it running to warm up on Dec. 17. ....

Mobley, 26, Chester Ave, Wellsville, charged with two counts of resisting arrest and a second-degree felony escape charge. His bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety. On Sunday, Mobley was allegedly yelling and trying to get into Sarah Berdine’s apartment in Independence Square in Wellsville, where police later found him hiding in an upstairs bedroom closet. He allegedly resisted being cuffed and ran out of the apartment into a wooded area when he was being taken to the police cruiser. A Feb. 2 pretrial was set for Shannon L. Cunning, 44, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, charged with assault, obstructing official business and illegal use of drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to have no contact with Shane Linden, the person she is accused of punching in the face on Oct. 29 at a Crestview Road, Leetonia, property. COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL LISBON A Dec. 21 preliminary hearing was set for Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. Mobley is additionally scheduled for arraignment today on a second-degree felony charge of escape and two counts of resisting arrest. He is currently being held in the jail on $100,000 cash or surety bond and was ordered to have no contact with Sarah Berdine or to go to Independence Square in Wellsville. Austin A. Angeli, 33, Jefferson Avenue, Salem, was found competent to stand trial and waived his right to a preliminary hearing for a first-degree felony burglary charge and a misdemeanor assault charge.
