( EA ) and Codemasters Group Holdings plc ( Codemasters ) are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition by Codex Games Limited ( Bidco ), an indirect subsidiary of EA, of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Codemasters (the Acquisition ).
