That s really the scene for the entire neighborhood inside the shoe story. just about everything was off the racks that was once on it. the big concern here is the foundation of these buildings. if you look up here, you ll see there are cracks in the walls. this is really reminiscent of what we see in just about every building up and down this street. we re told a few hours from now code enforcement engineers will come out here. they will look. as you can see, some buildings have been red taped. the concern is many of these buildings may no longer be stable. they were built sometime ago. they may not be in good condition anymore. those code inspectors will be out here in the next several hours, take a look at all these buildings and decide whether they should be red tagged or not. monica, we expect city officials in the coming hours. again, they will assess damage once they get here. we ll check back. thank you for the update. new video from afghanistan showing the bombing of the u ....
