The A6072 at Heighington Bypass will be closed for approximately 12 days from Wednesday as carriageway resurfacing takes place from the C39a Coatsay Moor Lane northwards to the roundabout at School Aycliffe Lane. The works are weather dependent so the dates are subject to change. The first phase is planned to run until June 4 The road closure will start from the junction of C39a Coatsay Moor Lane northwards to the School Aycliffe roundabout. During this phase of works the Coatsay Moor Lane junction will be open to Heighington village residents only. ....
