Enmarket Encourage Health lecture series explores healthy walking routes

For the past seven years, the Enmarket Encourage Health Education Series has been presenting lunch time lectures devoted to educating people on healthy eating habits and exercise.
This year the series has been forced to switch to a live stream format, but continues to present excellent speakers who are knowledgeable on a variety of health related subjects.
On Jan. 7, the next entry in the series will feature Armand Turner, Healthy Savannah / YMCA of Coastal Georgia Physical Activity Program Manager. Turner has been working with Healthy Savannah for the last three years through the Racial & Ethnic Approaches to Community Health grant, or REACH. ....
