(NASDAQ: METC) ( Ramaco or the Company ) today reported quarterly net income of $4.1 million, or $0.10 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2021, which was over 100% above net income of $2.0 million or $0.05 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2020. The Company s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and equity-based compensation ( Adjusted EBITDA ) was $11.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021 almost 40% higher compared with $8.4 million of Adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
