Vermont Business Magazine New England Culinary Institute President Dr Milan Milasinovic has announced on the college s website that it will be closing down. NECI was founded on June 15, 1980 by Fran Voigt and John Dranow. Chef Michel LeBorgne, now Maître Cuisinier de France and Professor Emeritus, conducted the first class of seven students. As of 2017, they have over 5,000 alumni throughout the world. ....
