Megan Johnson, aka âMaddog,â daughter of Jake Johnson and Amanda Hull, accepted a partial athletic scholarship and signed to play softball for Miles Community College in Miles City, Montana under Coach Shawna Juarez. The junior college will be the perfect place for her focus on her generals as she decides on a major. âI chose Miles because the team and the coaches are amazing people, and I know that I will become a better player and person while Iâm there,â she said. âWhile Iâm in college I want to find what I want to go into and learn how to live on my own. Iâm using this opportunity to play at a junior college to really strengthen my skills as a player and further my education.â ....
SFCC Adds Seven To Softball The State Fair Community College (SFCC) softball season is scheduled to begin in February; however, Lady Roadrunners Softball Head Coach Lyndsey Talbot has already begun to work on her 2021-2022 recruiting class. Talbot recently announced the addition of seven student-athletes who have all signed their National Letters of Intent to attend SFCC and play softball next fall. Angelina Curtis is an outfielder at Skyline High School where she plays for Coach Shawna Bybee. “Angelina is a multi-sport athlete with pretty good speed,” said Talbot. “Angelina is an athlete who has always played multiple sports, so I am excited to watch her develop when she can focus on a single sport - softball. Skyline has always been a good program. I love getting kids from good programs.” ....
