When Mark Adams was hired as the coach at Texas Tech his first call was to retain Coach Sean Sutton who may or may not have a new role on the new look Men s basketball coaching staff. Then Adams went and hired Portland State head coach Barrett Peery and Arkansas lead recruiter Corey Williams.
On Monday, the Red Raiders announced the hiring of Memphis Strength and Conditioning coach to the same role at Texas Tech and today Mark Adams fourth hire has been finalized with Talvin Hester pulling a quick shift at Colorado State before changing course to Lubbock to coach for Texas Tech.
