KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) today announced the appointment of Zainab Ahmad as the new Director-General of Polytechnic and Community College Education Department (DPCCE), effective Jan 5.
MOHE Minister Datuk Seri Dr Noraini Ahmad said she was confident that Zainab would be able to continue her excellent achievements and contributions to preserve DPCCE status as the leader of the knowledgeable and highly-skilled community at the national and international levels.
“I’m confident that with her vast experience in administration, especially at the DPCCE. She is also the first woman ever appointed as DPCCE director-general,” she said in a statement here today. ....
