A Halesowen beauty salon that famously banned gossip magazines is hoping to bring home five top awards.
The CnR Hair Salon is shortlisted for two awards while owner Cara Richards is also in the running for an individual title.
On top of that a hair stylist who works out of the salon is also in the running for two titles.
CnR hit the headlines last year after the tragic death of TV presenter Caroline Flack raised the issue of women’s mental health and the public treatment of some celebrities.
In response Cara banned gossip magazines from her salon.
Cara has been running the salon for nearly four years and is delighted it has been nominated in the national Hair and Beauty Awards for Best Team and Best Salon. ....
