Police Chief William McManus says it all began in the backyard of a home on Clutter Avenue near Pyron Avenue. The victim and a friend were in a shed when the suspect opened fire. The friend ran away. The victim s wife was also armed and started shooting back at the suspect. When police arrived, the suspect started firing shots at them and they returned fire killing him. ....
