Good News: Fairfield HOST Lions Club Donates $500.00 to the Court Appointed Special Advocates Program of Solano County. At the regular meeting Wednesday of the Fairfield HOST Lions Club, our Guest Speaker was Candy Pierce, Executive Director of the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Solano County Program. Ms. Pierce presented information of how this program, called CASA for short, is helping the over 400 youth that have been placed into Foster Care in Solano County. CASA is a 501c3 Non-Profit Community Service Program that receives almost all of its funding coming from donations like that made by the Lions Club. ....
