Stick to your budget. Run your options for how much money you can put down and what price point you meet, Costanzo said. Don t overstretch your boundaries just because of a quote unquote panic mode, she said. . You still gotta pay the mortgage.

ST. CLOUD Another nine COVID-19 deaths were reported Wednesday by the Minnesota Department of Health.
Across the state, 761 new COVID-19 cases were reported Wednesday. It s the fifth day in a row of new daily case counts under 1,000.
MDH Assistant Commissioner Dan Huff said testing positivity is going down across the state during a call with journalists Wednesday. The rate peaked in early November at 15.6% and is now at 3.7% But we’re now beginning to see cases pick up again in some portions of our state… Huff said. We must remain vigilant to avoid another wave.
In the tri-county area, Stearns County added seven cases, Benton County added three and Sherburne County added 13. No deaths were reported in the tri-county area.
Four more deaths connected to COVID-19 were reported in the St. Cloud area on Saturday one person in Stearns County and one in Benton County in their early 80s, one person in Sherburne County in their early 90s and one over 100.
There were 1,565 new cases, both confirmed and probable, and 31 new deaths across Minnesota, according to Saturday s report.
Stearns County reported 58 of those cases Saturday, while Sherburne County reported 25 and Benton County reported nine, according to the health department.
Since the start of the pandemic, Stearns County has reported 18,051 total cases and 190 deaths, Sherburne County has reported 8,278 cases and 68 deaths, and Benton County has reported 4,232 cases and 88 deaths.
