Colchester's Clothing Clinic needs help to finish lockdown dress project

CRAFTY residents are being asked to get involved to help finish a unique community project to create flowery dress made completely out of recycled materials.
The Clothing Clinic, a community interest company which normally runs sessions at Maldon Road Chapel in Colchester, launched the project during lockdown to help keep in touch with members.
Residents have responded in their droves and have been creating and donating their own individual flowers to become part of the dress - made out of everything from crisp packets to teabags.
However, another 150 are needed to finish the project.
