Nitan Soni has been licensed for five years. He is the team leader for the Nitan Soni Group. He is also a Delaware Real Estate Commission approved instructor and consistently gives back his time to mentor new real estate agents. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Nitan spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several schools throughout the region that include Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Wesley College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Del. State.
