Aldenham parish councillor Przemek De Skuba is concerned about the speed some drivers travel at in Shenley Hill, on the outskirts of Radlett. In particular, Cllr De Skuba has highlighted how quickly some motorists pass through the crossroads of Shenley Hill, Craigwell Avenue, and The Drive.
