we have news tonight from this new administration s continued whiplash pattern of radical changes in course. tonight the justice department, which is now led by attorney general jeff sessions announced that they are reversing the obama administration policy on the rights of transgender students in american schools. we have known that the white house intended to roll back lgbt rights. we thought they might first take aim at kids. we ve been waiting all day for the official notice. here it is.

the speaker warned him off of that. made very clear that the individuals that would be voting for this bill were many of the individuals that helped republicans secure and maintain the majority, told them it wasn t the best idea. that said, there was still a house freedom caucus meeting that was scheduled with tom price and nick mulvaney. they allowed that to happen after it was clear after the meeting there would be no movement with the conservatives, the house freedom caucus members. the call was made. president trump called the speaker and told him clearly it was time to pull the bill and that is exactly what happened and the ramifications of that aren t just micro, not just this week or this bill. they are health care, period. obamacare stands not just for now, not just for the next couple months butter for the foreseeable future. a lot of republicans talked about if this goes down maybe kind of go piecemeal, piece by piece, try to do this in smaller chunks than all at once ....

house this past week, but now the ranking member of the house intelligence committee is speaking out. talked with cnn today. where does their investigation go now? well, one of the big things that both the house and senate intel committees are trying to weigh is just how valuable michael flynn, the former national security adviser s testimony will be. of course, the big bombshell at the end of the week is that flynn said he is willing to testify if he is granted immunity for that testimony. he s offered this up to both of those committees. he has offered it up to fbi and the justice department, but it seems as though the committees in the congress are a little skeptical that there will be any real value in flynn s testimony, at least to the point where they would be willing to take that immunity. this is what adam schiff, that ranking member on the house intel committee, had to stay about it this morning on state of the union. we don t want to do anything that will interfe ....

everybody. what more can you tell us about this? you were given this information or permission by the senator or by his family in order to broadcast this? yes, they with his permission, i spoke to the doctors they ask that i talk to the doctors get the information about what happened. we know that on friday morning he went to the doctor s basically for a scheduled annual physical exam. he was complaining a bit of fatigue and said he s been feeling tired over the last few months. he also had a bout of double vision. but because of those things his doctors decided to order a cat scan of his brain. this is all friday this happened. it was that cat scan and an a subsequent mri scan of the vain that revealed this abnormality. it was concerning enough that urgently, within the next couple of hours, the doctors took him to the operating room, they per
performed the incision in the left eyebrow area, removed some intone they believed they removed the entire tumor they could see ....
