CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland City Council President Kevin Kelley on Tuesday stripped indicted Councilman Ken Johnson of his chairmanship of council’s Municipal Services and Properties Committee and removed him from his committees.
Kelley announced the changes Tuesday afternoon. Councilman Kevin Bishop will take Johnson’s place as chairman. Bishop has been a member of that committee. ....
