this justice department move? i am. i have to disagree with david on this. this is implementation of the 2010 fair sentencing act that was passed and put in law by congress and the president that address the fixed mandatory sentencing requirements that put them in jail in the first place. so what they are doing now is going back and beefing up the clemency department and look at folks who are in jail for at lost ten years and they are sentenced under the prior sentencing structure and reviewing where they will be released. and who decides whether or not they are allowed to go free? they have to go through an entire program that is reviewed by the department of justice. it is seen by the justices there on the federal level. and so, it is an ongoing process and it is a very, very slow one and essentially what they have
