Virtual shopping competition starts Dec. 13
SPRINGFIELD Rachel’s Table, the food access program of the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts, is teaming up with Onedeeds, a product-based donation platform, to create Foodraiser 2020, a virtual shopping competition that anyone can participate in to feed those in need.
Foodraiser 2020, for individuals, lasts from Dec. 13 to Dec. 18, and for teams of teenagers, on Dec. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. According to a Rachel’s Table press release, all food will be sent directly to Providence Ministries of Springfield, the Amherst Survival Center and the Franklin County Community Meals Program. ....
