The judge overseeing the case against donald trump declining to disqualify District Attorney fani willis ruling one of them must step down from the case to continue. The lead prosecutor, nathan wade, this afternoon taking the fall, resigning his position, quote, in the interest of democracy and, quote, to move this case forward as quickly as possible.
