James Altman.
James A. Altman, 57, of Baldwinsville, died Tuesday, according to his obituary.
Altman was a graduate of Henninger High School. He earned his associates degree from Onondaga Community College and completed his education at the University of Buffalo.
He was an architectural draftsman with Bennetts & Huysman Architects in Manlius.
Altman was diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease), but he maintained a positive attitude, his obituary said. He was very active as a member of the ALS Association, doing fundraising and advocacy.
