and our transparency of course we are committed to further reforms but let me be clear we have already embark on a root and branch programme of reforms and indeed we are committees can still continuing that ok briefly if you could you talk back committed to being committed to further reforms we don t have much time briefly if you could a what might they look like well we have got for example fewer teachers in our classrooms because we did a class formation exercise as we speak the only hospital in the west bank qalqilya hospital under is pulling away from its support for that we ve moved from food handouts in most of our fields to cash that is a much more efficient way of doing food aid the list goes on if there were time i could talk more we are committed absolutely to reforms we ve been doing reforms for many years now and as i say the reform agenda is very much part on his agenda
