Wrong person arrested in brutal attack outside DeLand barbershop, police say

A man believed to be responsible for attacking and beating a 43-year-old man with physical disabilities was taken into custody Friday morning but DeLand police said hours later that they arrested the wrong person.
The attack happened around 5:15 p.m. Sunday outside 1 First Class Barber Shop, at 120 E. New York Ave.
The victim called police about 40 minutes after the attack, saying two men beat him up and stole his cash and car keys, authorities said. ....
