NCSD Board of Trustees elect new leadership By Brendan LaChance on December 14, 2020 (Dan Cepeda, Oil City File) CASPER, Wyo. The Natrona Country School District Board of Trustees elected new leadership during their Monday, Dec. 14 meeting. The board elected the following members to leadership positions: Chair Ray Catellier Clerk Rita Walsh Previous Vice Chair Dana Howie made the nominations for the new officers from among the trustees. Howie will continue serving as a trustee alongside Trustees Kianna Smith and Debbie McCullar. Article continues below.
