For this discussion varied we did a lot of historical background of the history of pennsylvania politics leading up to the constitution of 1776. We want to think a little bit about the constitution, and in some ways, the lecture is going to set us up for the rest of the week. Thats as we close out the revolutionary era. We are trying to think about pennsylvania history in its earlier history in the blocks. Now, i have to tell you, i listened to the president and to the excuses that come out of the administration and i think with the Supreme Court decision in nebraska today the president is out of excuses.
