(KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the attempted theft of a BankNorth ATM at the Arthur Mall on Main Street in Arthur. Authorities tell KFGO News there was damage to the ATM but the burglars didn’t get any money. Deputies responded to the scene shortly after 3:30 a.m. Monday. The investigation is on-going and there have been no arrests. Authorities are not yet saying if the attempted theft may be connected to a business burglary at the C & I Bar in Hunter, six miles north of Arthur last month. ....
