HOUSTON A man claims his foot became caught on uneven concrete pads at the Millennium Tower in Houston and caused him to suffer a broken hip and other serious injuries.
Charles Leyendecker filed a complaint March 8 in Harris County District Court against Woodbranch Management Inc., and Millennium-Windfall Partners LTD alleging negligence and premises liability.
Leyendecker alleges in his complaint that on Jan. 18, 2021, he was entering Millennium Tower on Richmond Avenue in Houston. He claims there was a misalignment between two concrete pads on the walkway that his foot got caught in which caused him to loose his balance.
Leyendecker alleges he careened into reinforced glass and broke his hip and splintered a bone in his arm and had to receive extensive medical treatment.
