Norris to chair Prosperity Project
The South Island Prosperity Project, which replaced the Greater Victoria Development Agency in 2016, has announced a new board of directors. The project, which includes of 10 of the region’s municipalities, two First Nations, three post-secondary institutions, and private companies and non-profit organizations, has named Craig Norris as its board chair. Frank Bourree is the vice- chair and Sean Midwood is the secretary/treasurer. The directors are Ray Brougham, Deirdre Campbell, Jacques van Campen, Christina Clarke, Jill Doucette and Pedro Marquez.
