BOULDER, Colo – As part of the City of Boulder’s program to experiment with transformation of our downtown streets for gathering and happenings, the Downtown Boulder Partnership (DBP) has worked with community groups to hold a series of eight Boulder Social Streets pop-up events on 13th Street (between Arapahoe Avenue and Canyon Boulevard) this summer. This Sunday, Sept. 24, the eighth and final summer pop-up, Community Art Day, happens on 13th Street, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The community is encouraged to visit and experience this free event and participate in free collective art activities.
