Many portsmouth residents dont agree with it, and they say council is suffering from a lack of transparency. Tonight will be the first regularly scheduled Council Meeting for members since councilman bill moody paid a 15 hunded dollar fine for breaking that new city rule, which prohibits members from speaking about information discussed in closed door meetings. Last week, in a Community Meeting with council members, residents spoke up about openness among elected officials. Mayor kenny wright and a few councilmembers didnt seem to offer any solutions, but their for people to watch the Public Access channel for meetings and go to the council
