ANNOUNCING OUR 53RD SEASON AND THE RETURN OF LIVE ONSTAGE PRODUCTIONS:
After more than a year without in-person performances. Circuit Playhouse, Inc. announces the return to in-person live professional theatre for its 53rd season.
Playhouse on the Square’s season will consist of smaller cast shows and gradually grow in size and magnitude as the pandemic clears and health and safety restrictions are lifted. The theatre will also continue to offer digital programming in addition to what will be offered live on stage.

New drinking, dining options
As the Memphian opens, it adds new food and beverage options to Overton Square. The hotel has a three-meal restaurant, Complicated Pilgrim, and a rooftop bar, Tiger and Peacock.
Complicated Pilgrim was inspired by the romanticism of open-air brasseries, according to the hotel website. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features local and regional dishes with a distinctly Memphian perspective and a focus on fresh ingredients. It also hosts a bar area that serves coffee drinks and adult beverages.

Regional Professional Theatre of the MidSouth Announces 53rd Season and Return to In-Person Performances

After more than a year without in-person performances. Circuit Playhouse, Inc., the organization that includes The Circuit Playhouse, TheatreWorks @ the Square, and Playhouse on the Square has announced the return to in-person live professional theatre for its 53rd season. Beginning in July with a world premiere and winner of the company s national playwriting competition. The season will end in the summer 0f 2022 with a Playhouse revival and regional favorite. Subscriptions for the 53rd season are available for purchase at https://tickets.playhouseonthesquare.org and by calling the box office, (901) 726-4656. As a thank you for the support of their patrons throughout the pandemic, Playhouse on the Square is honoring the subscriptions that were purchased for the 2020-2021 season and were not used. ....
