The Florida Legislature this year prohibited out-of-state contributions greater than $3,000 to the petition-gathering stages of constitutional initiative campaigns. It's as unconstitutional as when they tried something similar last year, and once again, they have of course allowed themselves to continue taking in unlimited donations.
