Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) police on Tuesday served a notice on former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in the ‘Amaravati land scam’, which the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) called the “most frivolous FIR” filed by a ruling Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress (YSRC) MLA.
The FIR was filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and also the SCs and STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. ....
