Checked in again with candace and and cici. we re back. earlier the court avoided ruling and sent the case back to the lower court for reconsideration. the law remains unchanged. if the highest court in the land kind of declines to get involved, it s a deterrent. but you re not ending your lawsuit. oh, absolutely not. we re just getting started. reporter: despite her optimism, in late june, about a month after the supreme court left section 230 intact, the social media companies filed a motion to dismiss their case citing section 230. but mother and daughter are pushing on and believe it s a fight that should be waged on two fronts, in the courts and in congress. i just think there should be more restrictions on social media. and i think it should be a law. is there any particular rule change you think the company should be forced to do? ....
