Kelly Hopeful Of Further Progression For Clare Camogie

Clare will be looking to keep their hopes of reaching the knockout stages of the National Camogie League alive when they take on Limerick on Saturday.
A narrow loss to Galway last time out means Ger O’Connell’s side need a result in order to stay in contention for a place in the quarter finals.
The Clonlara man will name his team for the game tonight with at least one change expected following Ciara Doyle’s ankle injury last weekend.

Fr McNamara Park Set To Host National Camogie League Double Header

Fixture details have been confirmed for Clare’s final group game in Division One of the National Camogie League.
Ger O’Connell’s side will host Limerick on Saturday in Fr McNamara Park with a 4pm start, but will be without key defender Ciara Doyle who picked up an ankle injury in their opening round loss to Galway.
It took a late Galway rally to secure the points in Athenry and while O’Connell was pleased with the performance, he feels Clare need to learn how to close games out

FCJ Bunclody pupils are wise to web safety


As the country celebrated national Safer Internet Day last week, two students from FCJ Bunclody were working hard to promote awareness around the importance of safe internet usage through their involvement as Webwise Youth Panelists.
Ben Holmes, from Kiltealy, and Ciara Doyle, from Finchogue, are both on the youth panel which helps students manage online wellbeing.
The two students are at the forefront of the work carried out in the school to promote internet safety and last week Ben spoke on Ireland AM about the work the two of them do and of its importance to students generally in helping them become aware of the dangers of the internet. ....
