Attorney confirming 63yearold anthony warner, a longtime resident of antioch, tennessee, was present when the bomb went off and died in the explosion. This story and here it is. Californias state senator ricardo lara is turning the heat up on the boy scouts moving to strip them of their tax exempt status unless they start allowing in gays. Its important for us to set the tone in california that we are not going to condone discrimination. Reporter and since federal law bars the state from denying the scouts the use of schools or state parks lara and 13 fellow democrats decided to hit the scouts in the wallet. Nonprofit status is a privilege thats given by the Financial Support of all californians. And so if an organization is discriminating they shouldnt be privileged.
