we re going to get you informed as to what s happening in the world. a former georgia kindergarten teacher has been acquitted on child molestation charges. count number one, not guilty. count number two you can hear the cheers there from friends and family of tonya craft. the not guilty verdicts were read. she was arrested two years ago after which she lost her job, her home and custody of her two children. craft says despite the verdict, she does not feel like a winner here. i thank god. i thank my mom and my dad. there can be restoration and there can be awareness for others to not go through this. but there s two birthdays for my daughter that i ll never get back and there s no winners, even all the children involved in this, there s no winners. now craft s attorneys have filed a motion to regain custody of her son and daughter. and they say they ve contacted the fbi and the u.s. attorney s office about what they say is the, quote, fraudulent behavior of th ....

this next hour is all about you as we get you informed as to what s happening in the world. thanks for keeping me company here. i want to show you some of the pictures we re getting in. this could be a preview of what s heading for the midwest. please be careful out there. the storm system that sent tornadoes ripping across the great plains is moving toward the great lakes and new england now. looks pretty ominous there. twisters killed five people in central oklahoma. the storms devastated large areas in that state and north into kansas where carla westerman captured this image. this is not it. there it is. the hardest hit area in kansas was east of topeka. boy, what would you finishing that was coming at you? several homes were damaged. thankfully no one was hurt. but in oklahoma, dozens of people were injured. it was really scary. i mean, the wind was like trying to pull the door off the latch. it quit hailing and then the wind hit and it just went dark and here ....

i think it s a moral issue. welcome to news and views. we re talking to homeland security officials today who are changing the no-fly list policy to prevent a repeat of what happened in the case of the times square bomb suspect. faisal shahzad boarded a plane on monday, even though he d been added to the no-fly list just that afternoon. chuck roberts is keeping an eye on these developments. you are bringing us up to speed. it s so much more indicative of what a close call. he was on the list for four hours. four hours. they ve changed that. in fact, a lot has changed in the last day. from now on, airlines will have to check that within two hours of being notified. they have to keep refreshing it. previously they had only updates every 24 hours. last night new york congressman charlie rangel talked to larry king about why that change needed to be made. whatever went wrong, i hope they get their acts together and correct it. we learn every day, and the good thing ab ....

i m christi paul. we have some breaking news out of new york. police want to talk with a man you are seeing in this surveillance video. you see him there taking his shirt off. this was shot saturday just about the time someone tried to set off a car bomb in times square. it s one of several surveillance and amateur videos that police are reviewing right now as they look for clues about the attempted bombing and try to identify witnesses to the failed attack. is this person a suspect, a person of interest? no, not in any way. he could be totally innocent. it s one of the first videos we obtained. we thought it warranted an interview. he s taking his shirt off. that was a very warm day, but this happens just around the time that the pops start to go off inside the car. so that s why we just simply want to talk to him. now police do have several other leads in the case. for one, they tracked down the owner of the nissan pathfinder. a police official says investigator ....
