CASPER, Wyo. Wyoming’s U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney hauled in about $1.88 million during in her bid for re-election to Wyoming’s only seat in the United States House of Representatives during the second quarter of 2021, filings with the Federal Elections Commission show.
That marked a record fundraising hall for Cheney’s campaign, The Hill reported on Tuesday. Her campaign’s July 15 filing with the FEC shows that in 2021, the Cheney campaign has raised $3,406,306.89 through June 30. She leads the field with ~$2.85 million cash on hand heading into the third quarter.

CASPER, Wyo. New education requirements for local health officers in Wyoming will go into effect on July 1, 2021 after Governor Mark Gordon signed House Bill 109 into law on Thursday, April 1.
Under the new law, county, municipal and district health officers will be required to have either a doctor of medicine degree, an advanced practice registered nurse or a physician’s assistant.
