Ricky Chen, 22, 7922 Fifth Ave., Fl. #1, Brooklyn, N.Y., to time served to one year in county jail and one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kaylee Ann Hazel Loyd, 22, 1823 Brick Ave., Scranton, to three years of probation, including six months of house arrest, for manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
David G. Gavronsky, 53, 221 Bridge St. Rear, Jessup, time served to six months in county jail and 42 months of probation, including two months of house arrest, for DUI and accident involving damage to property. ....
