A North Carolina man was found guilty on Wednesday of felony and misdemeanor charges related to the the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, according to the United States Attorneys Office for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Christopher Raphael Spencer, 43, was convicted of felony obstruction of an official proceeding. His wife was previously sentenced for her role in the riots.
