Kaelyn Mikes, daughter of Maeve Valentino and Christopher Mikes Sebring has been nominated for Junior National Honor Society. She will be inducted May 17.
Kaelyn, a home schooler, was nominated by her core subject teachers when she was only 11 years old. She currently holds a 4.0 grade point average.
She is on Art In Motion Studio tap dance team. She loved helping the Tiny Tappers, until Covid brought so many changes.
Kaelyn also takes water and snacks to the Sebring fire department monthly. She is currently researching what she can do to help the Sebring police department’s new K-9 unit. ....
