A suspect in a December 10 fatal shooting in downtown Salt Lake City has been arrested in Oregon, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department's Homicide Squad.
Salt Lake City s police chief on Monday called the shooting deaths of two people on two consecutive days abnormal. But Mike Brown said he s also concerned about the growing number of people pulling out handguns to solve conflicts.
