Investigators gathering evidence in and around the first floor apartment at 826 west ninth. Officers met the mother outside. Reporter Wilmington Police chief robert tracy said, she had called for someone to come check on her sons. A baby just a few months old and a fiveyearold. The children looked like they might have been drowned at this time we cleared the whole building to make sure for the safety of everyone involve. The children were already deceased before the officers entered the department.
